FRAMEWORK GCED: GESTIÓN DEL CONOCIMIENTO EN LA EXTENSIÓN CURRICULARIZADA MEDIADA POR TECNOLOGÍAS DIGITALES

Resumen

La curricularización de la extensión universitaria, establecida por la Resolución CNE/CES n.º 7/2018, ha fortalecido la integración entre la educación superior y la sociedad. Sin embargo, el conocimiento generado en estas prácticas permanece, en gran medida, disperso y poco sistematizado, lo que revela una brecha en la articulación entre la extensión y la gestión del conocimiento (GC). Frente a este problema, este artículo propone el framework GCED (Gestión del Conocimiento en la Extensión Curricularizada Mediada por Tecnologías Digitales), un modelo teórico-conceptual que adapta el modelo SECI desarrollado por Nonaka y Takeuchi al contexto de la extensión universitaria mediada por tecnologías digitales. El estudio adopta un enfoque cualitativo y de carácter propositivo, fundamentado en una revisión teórica estructurada de la literatura sobre GC, extensión universitaria y tecnologías educacionales. El framework GCED se organiza en cinco capas secuenciales con retroalimentación continua, desde el diagnóstico de las demandas comunitarias hasta la constitución de una memoria organizacional de la extensión, y delimita el papel de la inteligencia artificial generativa en las fases del modelo SECI. Específicamente, posiciona esta tecnología como amplificadora en las etapas de externalización y combinación del conocimiento, preservando la centralidad de las interacciones humanas en los procesos de socialización e internalización. El modelo ofrece un enfoque sociotécnico para la sistematización del conocimiento generado en la extensión, favoreciendo el aprendizaje institucional acumulativo. Al tratarse de una proposición teórico-conceptual, la validación empírica del framework en contextos institucionales reales constituye una agenda de investigación futura.

William Corrêa Mendes, IFMA - Instituto Federal do Maranhão

Posee una licenciatura en Sistemas de Información (UNICEUMA, 2005), una especialización en Análisis de Sistemas (UFMA, 2008) y una Maestría en Ingeniería Eléctrica con énfasis en Computación (UFMA, 2014). Actualmente es candidato a doctorado en Administración en FUCAPE. Se desempeña como Analista de Tecnología de la Información en el Instituto Federal de Maranhão (IFMA) desde 2010, habiendo liderado el Núcleo de Desarrollo de Sistemas entre 2014 y 2017 y ocupando el cargo de Director de Gestión de Tecnología de la Información desde 2017. Desde 2024, coordina el Observatorio de Egresados de la Red Federal (RFEPCT). Cuenta con amplia experiencia académica y docente en UNICEUMA, IFMA y EDUFOR, con especialización en Ingeniería de Software, Sistemas Multiagente, Big Data, Inteligencia Artificial y Gestión del Conocimiento.

Posee licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación (1999), especialización en Análisis y Diseño de Sistemas (2004) por la Universidad Federal de Maranhão, maestría en Ciencias de la Computación (2017) por la Universidad Federal de Pernambuco y es doctorando en Administración en FUCAPE. Actualmente es Analista de TI y Coordinadora de Redes, Infraestructura y Servicios de TI en la Dirección de Gestión de Tecnología de la Información del Instituto Federal de Maranhão. Posee una licenciatura en Ingeniería Civil por la Universidad de Brasília, una especialización en Gestión Ambiental por la Facultad Signorelli y una Maestría en Administración de Empresas por la Fucape Business School. Cuenta con experiencia en gestión de la producción en la construcción civil, habiendo trabajado en obras tanto de carácter público como privado. Actualmente se desempeña como Ingeniero Civil en el Instituto Federal do Maranhão, donde está vinculado a la gestión de obras públicas desde 2014. Tiene experiencia en administración y gestión pública, habiendo participado en comisiones de licitación, proyectos de implantación de nuevas unidades educativas, así como en la supervisión de obras públicas.
