Impactos biopsicossociais e desafios éticos-sociais do uso de jogos digitais por crianças e adolescentes em contextos educativos: uma revisão crítico-narrativa

Introdução e revisão bibliográfica: jogos digitais podem usados no ensino de habilidades e competências variadas em complementaridade ao ensino tradicional escolar. Diversos estudos relataram benefícios biopsicossociais e acadêmicos para crianças e adolescentes. Objetivo: discutir sobre o uso de serious games e jogos de entretenimento adaptados de forma segura e sob supervisão de adultos por crianças e adolescentes. Metodologia: fez-se uma revisão crítico-narrativa da literatura com mescla de parâmetros sistemáticos pré-definidos. A seleção de artigos foi realizada no MEDLINE e Scielo. Também se utilizaram fontes complementares sobre jogos digitais fora dos bancos de dados científicos. Resultados e discussões: serious games e jogos de entretenimento adaptados são ferramentas potenciais na prática educativa e podem possibilitar o crescimento pessoal e acadêmico de crianças e adolescentes. Conclusão: jogos digitais podem ser espaços seguros e atrativos de aprendizagem colaborativa para o público infantojuvenil.
