Copyright
Starting in 2025, Caeté Magazine will implement a new copyright policy, whereby authors retain the rights to their published texts. For a manuscript to be accepted, the author must grant the magazine the exclusive right to promote the first publication of the content.
Until 2024, the copyright of published works belonged to Revista Caeté itself, in accordance with the information available on the pages of articles published during that period. Thus, articles published until 2024 remain subject to the original conditions established in their respective editions.
In the case of subsequent publication of the works in other institutional repositories, book chapters, or any derivative productions, it is requested that the original publication in Revista Caeté be duly mentioned, ensuring recognition of the primary authorship.
Revista Caeté encourages authors to share their manuscripts on digital platforms, such as institutional repositories or personal pages, before or even during the editorial process, recognizing the potential of this practice to broaden academic debate and maximize the visibility and impact of published works.
The journal adopts the Creative Commons CC-BY 4.0 license, which authorizes:
Sharing: copying and redistributing the material in any medium or format;
Adapting: remixing, transforming, and building upon the content, including for commercial purposes.
