Abstract

Esta resenha reflete a questão metodológica da Tese de Doutorado de Plínio dos Santos. Nos convida para um exercício compreensivo, ao percorrer todo o trabalho, percebemos o fio condutor da sua feitura. O rigor e a criatividade metodológica se apresentam como duas partes da mesma moeda. A pesquisa etnográfica, aliada aos procedimentos metodológicos do campo de História, (memória), aspectos da Geografia e da Sociologia, evidenciando uma ligeira sobreposição da perspectiva diacrônica, que se assentam na imanência dos limites porosos do campo restrito da Antropologia.
