Abstract

 Este trabalho busca avaliar o atual modelo de gestão do patrimônio arqueológico no Brasil, à luz da Política do Patrimônio Cultural Material (Portaria IPHAN nº 375/2018). O método consistiu na análise da gestão, com foco em identificar quais processos possuem regulamentação. Verificou-se avanço nesse campo, embora ainda apresente lacunas.
