EFICÁCIA DE INTERVENÇÕES EDUCATIVAS REALIZADAS POR MÍDIAS SOCIAIS PARA A PROMOÇÃO DO ALEITAMENTO MATERNO REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA

Resumen

Objetivo: Analisar a eficácia do uso de mídias sociais como ferramentas de suporte profissional ao aleitamento materno. Métodos: revisão sistemática da literatura de ensaios clínicos randomizados com mulheres durante a gravidez e puerpério, submetidas a estratégias de educação em saúde, através de mídias sociais que pudessem colaborar de forma positiva com o aumento da prevalência de aleitamento. Resultados: Identificou-se 64 artigos, entretanto, 60 não atendiam aos critérios de elegibilidade. Dessa forma, foram selecionados 4 estudos. Todos os artigos incluídos mostraram um aumento na prevalência da amamentação no grupo intervenção e que foi possível promover o suporte às lactantes em processo de amamentação e o estímulo à continuação da prática no período pós-parto. Conclusão: As atividades de educação em saúde, por meio das mídias sociais, devido ao avanço da tecnologia, são uma ferramenta efetiva para os profissionais de saúde na luta contra o desmame precoce.
