Abstract
Based on the book Vampyroteuthis Infernalis, by Vilém Flusser and Louis Bec, the article presents an analysis of the serie Sense8, exhibited by the Netflix streaming platform. The objective is to reflect on the new model of serial narrative, the inclination of television to other media and formats and the way in which the issue of alterity presents itself in the series. The work analyzes scenes from episodes of the two seasons already displayed, relating them to the character of the book quoted and other authors reflections about the book.
